But in this case, I'm reasonably willing to believe that Crist was acting out of principle. So maybe I'll learn that I was a fool -- unfortunately, I was foolish enough to believe that Obama would follow a wise education policy that supported public schools and children, so it wouldn't be the first time! But in any case, Crist did the right thing, so maybe it doesn't matter why.
