By John Fensterwald - Educated Guess

In a video interview, Santa Clara County Superintendent Chuck Weis lays out the rationale for Robles-Wong vs. California, the suit filed in May by the California School Boards Association, the Association of California School Administrators and the California PTA on behalf of California schoolchildren.

Weis is the immediate past president of ACSA. The 10-minutes video offers a primer on the suit  and Weis’  hopes for the outcome.
