  1. Great….Just great………How many millions of dollars have been spent trying to teach people English?
I always thought it was a requirement that people learn English, why should I have to pay for it?  You love this Country?  Then demonstrate it by learning it’s customs and it’s language……….

I’m disgusted with the waste going on.

  2. These bilingual programs raise the English test scores of the English learning students.  The program seems to teach these students English better.  Who would have thought that teaching Spanish would have helped with learning English.  If your goal is to help Spanish speaking students to be more proficient, bilingual education is a good option.  It is much better than the Standard English immersion classes.
